We want to get going on setting everything up before the end of the summer. If parents could please reach out to Rachel ASAP with any food allergies so we can request GF pasta or dairy free options.
Current Menu Offerings:
Pizza & Salad Friday nights with assorted snacks and sweets
Competition nights catered by Manor Inn will be on a rotating basis of:
Chicken Tenders, Salad and assorted snacks
Pasta & Meatballs, salad and assorted snacks
Pasta Bar with choice of sauce/meat sauce & salad with assorted snacks

Monday Night July 8th there is a meeting about props for the upcoming season. Kevin Flood will be meeting with Sara and if you are available and interested in receiving some inside information about the prop plan for the new year, please join us at 6pm!

Next Ad drop off is MONDAY JULY 10 at 5:30 PM outside the front of the High School. You can also bring ads to the Band Backers Meeting at 7:30 that same night.

| Thank you to everyone who placed a merchandise order with our new web shop. We will have all remaining orders available for pickup on July 10th at the Band Backer’s Meeting. The shop is currently closed while we fulfill orders. It will reopen in July with new items so be on the lookout for updates and if there is anything you want to see please let us know by e-mailing Chris Bandish.
All Loud Cup orders should be ready for the Band Backer’s Meeting on July 10th as well. |
