Band Backer’s Update – June 14, 2024

Destination Athlete & Fundraising Solutions
UPDATE: Fundraiser end date 6/30/24- Sign up & get 5 donations and receive a $500 travel voucher to be used when booking travel through the app.
It’s completely online, shared through text, email and/or social media. Family & friends are asked to make a donation to support the Marching Band & Guard (minimum amount is $25, a portion of which covers the app fee) which entitles them to a download of the savings app to their phone/tablet (available through the AppStore & Google Play) and a $100 Hotel Voucher.
Our goal: $8,000 in donations/sales- we need everyone’s participation and support to hit our goal! So far we have raised just over $2000 in donations. We are asking that each BKMB member gets a minimum of 5 donations/sales- we can do this!
*Each donation/app sold = 7 points/student*

Here is a list of some companies that we know have already purchased ads. Please refrain from visiting these companies. Doug will be at the High School on June 19th at 5:30pm to collect money, forms, and ad copy from anyone who would like to unload.

Band apparel and merchandise has arrived earlier than expected! Pickup for orders made through the website through June 10th will be available to pickup on June 19th from 5:30-6 at the high school. Drop off your ad book sales and pickup your merch! If you have any questions about the availability of your order, you can reach out to Chris.

LOUD CUPS - Thank you to everyone who purchased a Loud Cup at mini-band cup. you can expect to pick up your order at the July band backer meeting as well, barring any shipping delays. if you missed out, don't worry. We'll be taking more orders at the first ad drop off on June 19th from 5:30pm-6:00pm. These orders should also be available at the July 10th Band Backer Meeting.
